摘要
To investigate the tribological properties of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC), different additives including graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ), and a combination of graphene + MoS 2 were utilized. The microstructure and chemical reactions of PDC were analyzed using techniques such as atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The focus was on the formation and degradation of the friction film. The findings revealed that both graphene + MoS 2 exhibit excellent lubrication properties, forming a protective friction film on the surface of PDC. Furthermore, the combined use of graphene + MoS 2 demonstrated a synergistic effect, resulting in enhanced wear resistance of PDC compared to the individual use of graphene or MoS 2 alone.
