摘要
Due to the strong coupling relationships among multiple faults of diesel engine lubrication system, it is considerably difficult to identify the root of fault. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a multi-fault relevance analysis and decoupling approach for diesel engine lubrication system. First, the dynamics model of the diesel engine lubrication system is established based on bond graph, and it is further transferred into temporal causal graph model. In this model, the response characteristics of thermal parameters of diesel engine's lubrication system under different faults can be determined accordingly, and the coupling relation of multiple faults on abnormal symptoms is obtained. On this basis, the set theory is introduced into the decoupling research of multiple faults of diesel engine's lubrication system. By analyzing the faults partition action of abnormal symptoms, the correlative features of multiple faults are eliminated. The coupling degree of multiple faults decreases using the proposed approach, providing a basis for the isolation of multiple faults of an engine lubrication system. The approach is verified using a classical GT-Power model of a diesel engine lubrication system. Copyright ©2021 Journal of Harbin Engineering University.
