摘要
Aiming at the wind abandoning problem caused by the lack of flexibility, an optimal scheduling strategy is proposed to improve the flexibility of the integrated electricity and gas system through the cooperative operation of dynamic linepack and power to gas(P2G). Firstly, the mechanism of improving the flexibility of the system by the mutual conversion of electricity and gas energy through the power to gas and gas turbine is introduced. Then, considering the dynamic characteristics of natural gas pipeline storage and the coordinated operation of linepack, P2G and gas turbines, the scheduling model of dynamic integrated electricity and gas system is established. The flexibility of the system at both spatial and temporal levels are improved and greatly improves the imbalance between the supply and demand of flexibility at the spatio-temporal level brought by the anti-peak modulation characteristics of the wind power. Finally, the examples of the IEEE-24 node power system and the Belgium 20-node natural gas network are analyzed. The results show that the proposed scheduling scheme has good economy and flexibility, and it is able to avoid the wind curtailment in the system to the greatest extent. © 2023 Power System Technology Press.
