摘要
A pair of new enantiomeric alkaloids (+)-1 and (-)-1, along with eight known compounds (2-9) were isolated from the stem of Tinospora sinensis (Lour.) Merr. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive analysis of HRESIMS and NMR spectroscopic data as well as CD spectroscopy methods. In addition, the isolated compounds were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity. Compounds (+)-1 and (-)-1 inhibited the release of NO from RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS with the IC50 values of 0.34 +/- 0.02 mu M and 3.37 +/- 0.24 mu M, respectively.
