摘要
A flexible high aspect ratio wing (HARW) generates large structural deformations. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an effective nonlinear static aeroelastic analysis method, based on the computational fluid dynamics and computational structure dynamics (CFD/CSD) coupled method. We considered the research results presented in Reference [1] to perform a structural analysis. The load was calculated using the CFD solver. The load and displacement of the coupling surface were exchanged through an interpolation program. Furthermore, we studied the influence of the structural geometric nonlinearity on the pressure distribution and structural deformation of the wing caused by the large deformation of the wing. The research results indicated that the static aeroelastic characteristics are significantly affected by the geometric nonlinearity of the structure and thus must be considered in the static aeroelastic analysis of such wing structures. The center of pressure moves toward the root and leading edge of the wing and deviates from its original position, resulting in a decrease in the bending moment and torque of the wing. The maximum displacement and deflection of the wing tip are smaller than the corresponding linear values, which is consistent with the actual situation. © 2021, The Aeronautical and Astronautical Society of the Republic of China.
