摘要
In order to study the response characteristics of pilot relief valve under high frequency alternating pressure, theoretical analysis and AMEsim simulation were carried out and compared with experiment. The simulation results show that the main valve port of the pilot relief valve opens abnormally under alternating pressure that increases system energy loss. The alternating pressure peak, amplitude and built-pressure time Δt all affect the normal opening of the main valve port. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, which reveals the phenomenon of abnormal opening of the main valve port of relief valve under high frequency alternating pressure. © 2019, Jilin University Press.
