光声成像(PAI)技术是一种发展迅速的新型复合生物医学成像技术,可实现组织的结构成像和功能成像。在对活体的成像中,目标的呼吸、心跳或眼球转动等可导致重建图像中出现运动伪影,降低成像分辨率,增加获得高质量光声图像的难度。本文分别对光声显微成像(PAM)和光声层析成像(PAT)中校正运动伪影的方法进行归纳和总结,讨论不同方法的优势和不足,展望未来可能的发展方向。.; Photoacoustic imaging (PAI) is a rapidly developing hybrid biomedical imaging technology, which is capable of providing structural and functional information of biological tissues. Due to inevitable motion of the imaging object, such as respiration, heartbeat or eye rotation, motion artifacts are observed in the reconstructed images, which reduce the imaging resolution and increase the difficulty of obtaining high-quality images. This paper summarizes current methods for correcting and compensating motion artifacts in photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) and photoacoustic tomography (PAT), discusses their advantages and limits and forecasts possible future work.
