摘要
Non-centrosymmetric ferroelectric single crystal shows strong piezoelectric properties but its synthesis is one of the most challenging tasks. In this article, we have synthesized BSTO and developed a non-centrosymmetric single crystal on substrate using pulsed laser deposition method. Ultrasound sensor devices have been fabricated and used to sense incoming ultrasound signals.
