The scope of this study was to ascertain the weldability of Nickel 201 alloy sheets using an electron beam welding method. Weld joints of the Nickel 201 alloy sheets 2,0 mm thick were welded by electron beam without an additional material at a flat position. The influence of electron beam welding parameters on weld quality and mechanical properties of test joints was studied. The study of quality and mechanical properties of the joints were determined by metallographic evaluation, tensile and hardness test. © 2020 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.
