摘要
This paper summaries the design and construction of the longest sea outfall pipe-jacking project with wet recovery, a world record 2,225 meters microtunneling drive of ID/OD 2600/3200 mm Reinforced Concrete Jacking Pipes (RCJP). Geology unexpectedly encountered, mainly high plasticity clays, and final length of the tunnel were key components that required customized solutions being drilling and lubrication fluids a key factor during tunnel execution. Above mentioned sea outfall was a key component of the Sur de Texas - Tuxpan at Altamira (Mexico). © 2020 Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos Canales y Puertos. All rights reserved.
