摘要
The goal of this study is to identify if digital servitization contributed to firms' environmental performance, and if it does so beyond the impact of servitization alone. The study's proposed model also analyses if digitalization improves the impact of servitization for other non-financial operational, competitive, and customer-oriented performance outputs. The regression analysis uses a unique sample of 213 firms for 2023 drawn from a selfdevised survey. The main findings indicate that digital servitization is a significant contributor to the environmental performance of firms. This contrasts with the lack of a significant positive impact found when limiting the analysis to non-digital servitization practices.
