摘要
A two-stage strain sensor placement method for structural deformation reconstruction was proposed. Based on the strain-displacement transformation relationship, two criteria, information redundancy and reconstruction accuracy, were proposed. In the method, the initial sensor location set was determined using QR decomposition at the first stage. In the second step, taking the information redundancy as a restraint, the initial sensor location set was modified by adding sequentially new positions one by one to it to gradually minimize the reconstruction errors. The proposed method was applied to the experimental platform of a phased array antenna structure, and the results were evaluated by using four criteria. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only improve reconstruction accuracy but also reduce information redundancy. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
