摘要
Hydrogen enhancement potential of Alumina supported Nickel and cobalt Oxide Nano composites has been investigate in a downdraft biomass gasifier. The supported bi-metallic Nano composites were synthesize by facile deposition– precipitation (DP) method. The Nano size characterization of the catalyst has been performing using X-ray Diffraction studies (XRD) and High Resolution Scanning Microscope studies (HR- SEM). Using De-Scherer relation and XRD pattern the mean size of the Nano crystallite particles has been founding in the range of 32 nm. The HR-SEM measurements concur with this value. The hydrogen gas enhancement potential were evaluate as function of catalytic reactor temperature. It was observed that hydrogen enhancement levels reached almost 23 vol% at a catalytic bed temperature of 800 °C. © 2022
