摘要
This investigation reports the effect, on structural, electrical, and magnetic properties of ErFeO 3 orthoferrites, sintered at different temperatures: 800 degrees C, 1000 degrees C, and 1200 degrees C. XRD analysis confirms that all the samples exhibit a single-phase orthorhombic structure. Raman studies indicate no significant variation in the observed Raman modes with increasing sintering temperature, suggesting that, the absence of crystal symmetry changes. Field-FESEM images reveal that the porosity of the samples is influenced by the shape of the grains present within them. Specifically, the sample sintered at 1000 degrees C exhibits higher porosity, resulting in higher leakage current density (J -E) compared to the other samples. The dielectric and magnetization parameters show an increase for the samples sintered at 1000 degrees C, while a decrease is observed for the samples sintered at 1200 degrees C. These variations are attributed to the bond length and bond angle variation of the Fe - O in the studied samples. Overall, this investigation aims, to establish a relationship between the physical properties and microstructural parameters, provide valuable insights into the magnetic interactions present in the samples and the comprehensive behavior of ErFeO 3 orthoferrites samples sintered at different sintering temperatures will be discussed in this paper.
