<正> The helicity mixed representation is used to construct a model of electro-weak interaction inSU（3）×U（1） gauge theoir. It reduces in the low energy region to the simple SU（2）×U（1） modelin the limit of sin2θw = 1/4. When sin2θw is slightly less than 1/4, there is a small correction inthe neutral current sector which can be tested.
