<正> 转基因植物的研究始于70年代末80年代初,当时在少数植物种(如烟草、马铃薯)上由野生型 Ri 和 Ti 质粒转化的细胞再生出植株(Ackermann;Wullems 等,DeGreve 等;Spano 等;Barton 等;Ooms 等;Davrd 等;Tepfer。
