摘要：

<正> Transcoronary ablation of septal hypertrophy ( TASH ) can lead to sustained improvement in both hemodynamics and symptoms in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy ( HOCM ) . However, there havebeen few reports about its efficacy and safety compared with traditional surgical procedures. This study sought to compare TASH with surgery in the treatment of HOCM.
