2型糖尿病报告发病率研究进展

摘要：
糖尿病已成为影响全球居民健康的主要慢性非传染性疾病之一,其患病率呈逐年上升趋势,造成沉重的疾病负担。相较患病率、死亡率而言,糖尿病发病率对疾病流行病学变化更为敏感。本文根据国内外2型糖尿病发病率相关研究文献进行复习,综述2型糖尿病发病率的流行特征、相关因素及疾病负担现状。研究资料表明,2型糖尿病的发病呈逐渐加重的流行趋势,儿童青少年2型糖尿病发病人数近年来迅速上升,将进一步加重疾病负担。因此,亟需开展大范围糖尿病监测,寻找有效干预措施,为糖尿病早期预防提供信息。
