摘要
Microwave sintering of ceramics is a new technique rapidly developed in recent years. During the last decade, many advanced ceramics have been successfully sintered with the microwave method. Various kinds of microwave sintering apparatus have been developed, among which the single mode applicators,e.g.TE, TMand TE, etc., are the most commonly used in laboratories. The first commercial product of high power microwave sintering equipment has already aooeared in the market now Bv adonting and modifying the latest
