摘要：

Wnt信号通路异常与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Wnt3a是经典Wnt信号通路的代表性配体蛋白，在多种肿瘤细胞中异常高表达并发挥原癌基因作用。该文重点从Wnt3a在肝癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、前列腺癌中的表达水平，对肿瘤细胞周期调控，对肿瘤发生、发展过程中细胞增殖、分化和迁移的调控，对肿瘤血管生成和对抗肿瘤药物耐药的调控，以及与结合分子的相互作用进行综述。明确Wnt3a在肿瘤发生、发展过程中发挥的作用和方式，为探寻肿瘤发生、发展的分子机制奠定基础，特别是Wnt3a在肿瘤诊断和Wnt信号通路抑制剂在肿瘤治疗中表现出的潜在价值，可为寻找肿瘤早期诊断和精准治疗的分子靶点提供新的方向和思路。
