摘要
LASP-1(LIM and SH3protein1)最初是由乳腺癌转移性淋巴结cDNA文库中筛选克隆得到,含有LIM和SH3两个结构域.LASP-1在乳腺癌和卵巢癌等多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,并和肿瘤发生、侵袭和转移密切相关.近年来研究还证实LASP-1是抑癌基因p53的靶蛋白.目前的研究均表明LASP-1是一种新的肿瘤转移蛋白.
