摘要：

目前认为肥胖介导的慢性低度炎症可能是育龄期不孕妇女的作用机制。在肥胖状态下,过剩的营养物质等代谢因素刺激脂肪细胞从而启动炎症反应,通过脂质沉积、免疫浸润、炎症因子激活或氧化应激、内质网应激等途径影响卵母细胞成熟,最终导致次优生育问题。因此,针对慢性炎症在肥胖与不孕症的作用机制的探讨,将为育龄期不孕妇女的治疗带来新的思路。
