摘要
The changes in moisture, free-sugar and S-methyl methionine sulfonium salt (S-MMS) contents of 'Mellogold' and 'Jubilee' kernels during maturation after silking were investigated. And the changes in S-MMS contents of 'Jubilee' kernels were also determined during storage after harvest.
