摘要
Immunohematological results may not correlate with the clinical outcome of patients. Especially in fetomaternal incompatibility it would be desirable to have a validated method for prediction of the clinical relevance of an antibody. Antibody titration is widely used. Quality controls are not standardized and methods and interpretation of results differ. A reliable method for antibody titration is described and its pro's and con's will be discussed.
