摘要：
We describe 2 siblings with intrauterine growth retardation, progeroid aspect with laxity of skin, craniofacial abnormalities and mental retardation. The skin biopsy demonstrating the alteration of the elastic tissue verifies the diagnosis of a De-Barsy-syndrome.
