摘要
A method of situation logical control (SLC) for a routine switching is reviewed. The method involves automatic diagnostics of pattern situation recognition in electrical switchgear, automatic control decision-making and routine switching by personnel under logical system control. An approach to creating a computer control system for SLC is proposed, and the method of synthesizing situation-diagnostic algorithms is shown. It is shown that practical implementation of the SLC method is timely and feasible, taking into account the wide introduction of computer control systems in power engineering.
