FAR-INFRARED CYCLOTRON-RESONANCE IN N-3C-SIC AT MEGAGAUSS MAGNETIC-FIELDS

摘要
Magneto-absorption measurements were executed on n-SiC up to 150 T for a wide range of temperatures and incident photon energies. The effective masses reduced from the cyclotron resonance peaks were in good agreement with those of Kaplan. Additional absorption peaks were also observed which were discussed by impurity-related transitions.
