摘要
Most texts on R&D management are filled with information on how to plan a research program, how to structure a research organization, how to develop and apply project selection techniques, how to motivate research personnel, and how to evaluate R&D results. However, there is one important aspect of the subject that is rarely mentioned and never emphasized. It is the psychology of the R&D process and its effect on senior management, and, of course, R&D management.
