Analysis on the production efficiency and restriction factors of Chinese rice based on DEA model

摘要：
The input and output factors of rice production from 1995-2017 in China were selected and DEA method was used to analyze the efficiency and its influencing factors from the economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. The results indicate that the overall rice production efficiency is influenced by both the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency. By the decomposing analysis, it shows that the low overall rice production efficiency is mainly caused by the low scale efficiency. The projection analysis shows that the negative influence of input too much on rice production efficiency is more than the output deficiency.
