X-RAY PRODUCTION IN C+-C COLLISIONS IN ENERGY RANGE 20-KEV TO 1.5-MEV

摘要
Cross sections for carbon K-x-ray production for C+ ions incident upon a carbon target have been measured in the energy range 20 keV-1.5 MeV. A theoretical model based on the Landau-Zener theory of level crossing is formulated and is found to fit the experimental data within experimental uncertainty. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
