摘要
The paper presents the laser performance of neodymium doped single crystals in a compact diode pumped cavity. Nd:YSO, Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO4 were all compared in terms of their optical quality, slope efficiencies, absorption cross sections, emission cross sections, inhomogeneous line broadening, crystal structure and growth process.
