MEAN LIGHT CURVES OF PERIODIC SOURCES OF HARD X-RAYS IN THE CENTRAL REGION OF THE GALAXY OBSERVED BY PROGNOZ-9

摘要
New periodic processes with periods 152, 98, 67, 13, 9.4, 3.4, and 1.96 h have been discovered during extended (over two months), virtually continuous observations of the central region of the Galaxy in an x-ray experiment on the Prognoz 9 satellite. Mean light curves corresponding to those periods have been obtained in the 10-50, 25-50, and 50-100 keV ranges. The shapes of the curves are rather varied and may be explained both by orbital motion of the components of the binary systems and their precession.
