摘要
Short term incubation of bone marrow cells for 1 hour at 37-degrees-C with hematopoietic growth factors: IL-3, GM-CSF, and G-CSF either alone or in combination augmented GM-CFC production as measured in the 7 day liquid culture system. The increase of progenitors may lead to shortening of hematopoietic reconstitution in vivo.
