摘要：
Polarization selectivity and wide tunability for transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) radiation are achieved through an external cavity diode laser with a grating. The laser output is single mode, centered around 1.47-mu-m and tunable over 140 nm for the TE and for 70 nm for the TM polarization.
