摘要：

To create nonproportional cyclic loads by a torsional moment and an axial force the TsDMU-30t test machine (East Germany), which is designed for conducting static tests in the complex stressed condition, was developed. This article discusses a number of changes which provide cyclic application of loads with different loading programs which have been introduced into the systems for creating the axial force and the torsional moment.
