THE APPLICATION OF A TRANSVERSELY HEATED ELECTROTHERMAL ATOMIZER WITH LONGITUDINAL ZEEMAN-EFFECT BACKGROUND CORRECTION TO THE DETERMINATION OF VANADIUM IN URINE

摘要
A method is described for the determination of vanadium in urine using the new transversely heated furnace in a longitudinal Zeeman field. In samples as small as 60 muL, the 3-sigma detection limit was 0.3 mug/L, making it possible to perform the determination directly. The absolute detection limit was 16 pg for vanadium in standards and in undiluted urine.
