摘要
Malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT) is a rare and aggressive tumor of the uterus. It represents less than 5% of all malignant tumors of the uterine body. It occurs most often in postmenopausal metrorrhagia. Preoperative diagnosis of MMMT is essential to optimize surgical treatment. It is based on curettage endometrial biopsy, biopsy lesions exteriorized and especially endometrial biopsy preferably guided by hysteroscopy. Surgical treatment is the mainstay of treatment for metastatic non-MMMT. The prognosis depends on the stage of the tumor surgery, which is often diagnosed at an advanced stage. We report three cases through which we specify the epidemiological, pathological, clinical and therapeutic support of MMMT. (c) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
