摘要：
In Poland the oyster mushroom is grown in north-eastern part of the country and its annual production is ca. 10,000 tons. Beside champignons it becomes more and more popular to consumption of both fresh and processed (dried or frozen) mushrooms. Despite literature news about typical fungous and bacterial diseases, in Poland only fungous infections causing substrate moulding havbeen observed.
