Fiction as criticism, criticism as performance

Taking as starting point the erasure of the boundaries between criticism and fiction observed in hybrid texts by Jorge Luis Borges and Roberto Bolano, this paper investigates the incorporation of elements traditionally associated with literary sphere in critical texts that analyze the contemporary scene. From the dialogue between literature and theater, criticism and fiction, creative activity and theorist effort, we propose some critical-scenic experiments in order to promote short circuits between representation and reality, showing the false boundaries between scenic space and critical space.
