摘要：

This paper describes a method of energy demand forecasting based on system analysis of the energy demand of a socioeconomic system and scenario description of its development. An application carried out for the French economy is briefly outlined to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the method. Some general features of the method are reviewed to show how it might be adapted for other countries. © 1978.
