摘要：

In this article we want to revise two concepts that receive special protagonism in the current moment: intercultural education and educational incorporation. Both notions have a common area and we propose from them to rethink our educational practices and the school organization of our centers. The intercultural education is, a today, one of the best ways to obtain the educational incorporation. One and another conception share many of his aims and since we will see along the article, they propose concrete manners of " doing school from the equity and the justice.
