摘要：

In patients with coronary artery disease, ischemic cardiomyopathy and chronic ischemic mitral valve regurgitation grade 3-4+ combined mitral valve downsizing and coronary artery bypass grafting corrected mitral insufficiency in all patients with low early and late mortality. A significant increase of left ventricular contractility at short-term and mid-term follow-up and a reduction of left atrial and ventricular dimensions/volumes after surgery due to reverse myocardial remodeling were observed.
