摘要
Reflex sympathetic disorders (RSD) have to be treated in time on a multimodality basis. Nowadays the neurosurgeon can be the coordinator of this team or is only a partner. RSD related to the cervical/high thoracic chain differs very much from that in the lumbar area. Primary and concomitant RSD are reviewed in brief of both areas.
