摘要
With the matter of public policy on labor and social security, the State seeks the implementation of the regulations contained in the various laws which make up the labor legislation and social security ", looking in some cases explicitly and in others, by implication, the sanctions that the Administration of Labor and Social Security may impose failure to comply with the mandatory labor standards and social security. In this documentary and descriptive research and analytical concluded that the penalty system should be revised, in order to require workers compliance and enforcement of these rules can not be relaxed or made more flexible by private agreements or unilateral decisions.
