摘要
This research study sought to examine the relationship between K-12 teacher burnout syndrome and trait verbal aggressiveness. Eighty-nine teachers completed measures of burnout syndrome and verbal aggressiveness. Results indicated that verbal aggressiveness was significantly related to teacher burnout syndrome dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of personal accomplishment. Implications for classroom climate and interpersonal relationships are discussed.
