摘要：
The problem of the realization of a strategy is one of the most pressing problems for Russian enterprises. Balanced Scorecard can provide an effective realization of this strategy. The article concerns the process of creation and implementation of Balanced Scorecard in the system of planning at enterprises of mechanical engineering.
