摘要
The crystal structure of NaMo6Cl13 was solved in the triclinic space group P 1BAR (No. 2) by X-ray crystal structure analysis (a = 8.962(5) angstrom, b = 9.089(5) angstrom, c = 14.022(9) angstrom, alpha = 96.51(3)-degrees, beta = 101.73(2)-degrees, gamma = 115.13(2)-degrees and Z = 2). The compound was prepared from a mixture of sodium chloride and molybdenum(II) chloride (1:6) at a temperature of 850-degrees-C. The structure is based on [Mo6Cl8i]Cl4(a)Cl2/2a-a groups which form a onedimensional arrangement. Sodium is surrounded by four chlorine atoms forming a strongly distorted tetrahedron. The structure and physical properties are discussed.
