摘要
Time-resolved laser beam technique has been used to study the copper surface vaporization by XeCl excimer laser pulse. This technique permits the observation of the evolution of different physical processes under the irradiation of different values of laser intensity. It also can be employed to determine the ablation threshold and the evolution velocity. © 1990.
