摘要
Organic second-order nonlinear materials are currently receiving considerable attention for fabrication of frequency mixing and electro-optic devices. In this paper the key concepts in the development of organic nonlinear materials and waveguide device design are introduced. The recent advances in nonlinear waveguides for frequency doubling and electro-optic devices are reviewed. © 1990 Chapman and Hall Ltd.
