摘要
In the present work the influence of the layer thickness of FeSe0,5Te0,5 on the crystalline and s l perconducting properties of films deposited on iron (Fe) buffered 21.4-g-zil204. substrates by pulsed laser deposition (r-'1_,L3) is investigated. The superconclucLing layer thicknesses of the films prepared. are 5 5 rim and 134n..m. The film with thinner superconducting lay'er shows bet ter texture. properties (oriented growth.) and lower surface roughness (1=t1VIS); -verified by X ray diffraction and .A_FaVI respectively. This film shows a sharp transition to the superconducting state and a higher critical temperature in contradiction to the thicker one_ The thickness effect on superconducting lattice strain is discussed.
